EDCOM includes University of Makati
The University of Makati (UMak) has been selected as the only representative from local universities and colleges to be included in the Second Congressional Commission on Education (EDCOM). The EDCOM is a body that is responsible for formulating policies and recommendations to enhance the educational system in the country.
According to Mayora Abby Binay, UMak's inclusion in EDCOM is a testament to the university's commitment to providing quality education to their students, who she refers to as #ProudMakatizens. UMak has been recognized for their efforts in producing the next generation of leaders and innovators through its educational programs.
The university's participation in EDCOM will allow them to have a voice in shaping the direction of the educational system in the country. UMak's representatives will have the opportunity to provide insights, suggestions, and recommendations on how to further improve the country's education system.
UMak's inclusion in EDCOM is a significant achievement and reflects the university's dedication to academic excellence. Congratulations to the University of Makati for this accomplishment and we look forward to their contributions to the betterment of the Philippine education system.
