Borhan Uddin of the Embassy of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Ambassador Ioannis Pediotis of the Embassy of Greece, Ambassador Alireza Tootoonchian of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ambassador William John Carlos of the Embassy of Ireland, and Ambassador Dr. Imtiaz Ahmad Kazi of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
