The mayor said 93,110 pairs of the all-blue sneakers will be given to students from kinder to senior high school this year, including SPED learners. Apart from the free rubber shoes that earned the moniker “Air Binay” from netizens when it was launched in 2018, the city now provides raincoats and rain boots, jackets or hoodies, white socks, reusable tumblers, anti-dengue kits, dental hygiene kits, hard hats and emergency go kits and bags for public school students of Makati.
